About Your Rooms at the Cozy Village Creek Country Inn
Event packages are based on double occupancy so that means that each of you pays for 1 night, a minimum of 2 guests per room. For groups of 3 & 4, larger rooms are made available at the single bed room price for each guest.
If you need a room for yourself, you will be required to pay for the extra night ($150 + tax) because it is not covered in your package price. We attempt to put large groups in rooms close by each other!

About Your Meals
First Day:
Appetizers served at the Welcome reception
Second Day:
Breakfast In Bed - your themed continental breakfast will be delivered to your room so you can enjoy a relaxing meal before the activities start.
Lunch - you can dine in any of these three dine-in restaurants, using your lunch card, valued at $25. You can order anything off their menus but if you exceed $25 you will be required to pay the extra. Choose from Chef N Pigeon Lake, Daisy McBeans, ECOcafe.
Dinner - you will experience a 4-course dinner prepared by Chef Nathan and his staff at Chef N Restaurant & Lounge. Includes soup, salad, entree, dessert, tea/coffee. At the cocktail party, you will get two complimentary drinks and at dinner, you will share 1 complimentary bottle of wine with a friend. If you want more, you can order from the lounge but you will be responsible to pay for extra liquor.Third Day:
PJ Breakfast Buffet - Guests will be treated to a fabulous brunch buffet complete with 2 yummy Mimosas. The buffet runs from 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Come in your PJs, then pack up your room. Served in the hotel for your convenience. It also includes your choice - coffee/tea/juice. Catered by Daisy McBeans in the Hotel lobby. - Cost & Cancellations

& Refunds
Deposits of $100 per guest are required upon booking and are non-refundable. You are responsible for selling your ticket or forfeiting your deposit if you decide not to attend.
Remaining Package fees are due on September 1st of the year you are registered; failure to pay will result in loss of deposit. You are required to find a replacement to fill your spot, and sell it to your replacement if you decide not to attend. In some cases, we may be able to help.
After October 1st, package refunds are not available, but In some extreme cases, we may offer you the opportunity to roll your package payment for next year's event. In some cases, we may be able to help find a replacement.
If we cancel the event due to unexpected circumstances such as COVID, you can chose to take a refund or roll your payment over to the next year registration if we are offering that service.

- Arrival
When You Arrive
When you arrive, you will receive a welcome package that will contain everything you need for the weekend ie: event tickets, meal cards, etc.
Guests who are not staying at the hotel, can pick up their welcome packages at the reception desk after 3 pm on the day of the event.
Dress Code & Extras
Dress code is casual for the event, & semi-casual for the Gala Dinner.
The only extra cash you will need will be for shopping & liquor.
Plus, You will need $20 to play our fun fundraising game. Everything else you need is included in your package.
For fun, some groups like to dress up in matching themed outfits for the Welcome Reception & Sunday PJ breakfast.
Not mandatory, but fun! There may be prizes......

Fun and games kick off the party and they end the party! Some guest groups like to dress festively for the welcome reception.

VIP Spots Are Limited
The Christmas at the Village VIP Package is only available to those who have already registered to attend the 2025 Event. The 2025 VIP package is at a special sale price of $149. The package's regular price is $199 so this is a perfect time to treat yourself.
Book early to avoid disappointment. The deadline to book is July 15, 2026 or when the limited spots are filled.
Please Read Carefully
Purchase tickets based on your group size. Remember that in addition to all the perks included in the VIP Experience package, you and this group will be sitting together throughout the event during presentations and also with event VIP Presenters at the Gala Dinner. These packages are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event, you may sell your VIP ticket to your CAV replacement or forgo the ticket cost.
