Our charming Hotel has 34 rooms.
Event tickets are based on double occupancy, meaning at minimum, 2 guests to each room. 

There are several different configurations.
Some rooms have 1 queen-sized bed: for groups of 2, and 1 king-size bed: also for groups of 2.

Some rooms have 2 beds: for groups of 3-4, and 2 rooms have 3 beds: for groups of 4 - 6.
We do not charge extra for the larger rooms and we work hard to place each group in the best room possible. 
Cots are available for an extra $20 charge if you cannot sleep with someone else in the same bed.

Please know that deposits are non-refundable.
If you or your roommate need to cancel, it is your responsibility to find someone to buy your ticket.
If you cannot attend, we will not roll over your deposit to the next year.
If for any reason we cancel the event, we will refund your money.

The package remainder will be invoiced on September 01. Pay below now, this event fills up quickly.
