Ticket Prices

    Ticket prices are per person & include:

With Two Night Hotel Stay $649
Event Only, No Hotel Stay  $514

Our charming Hotel has 34 rooms. Event tickets are based on double occupancy, meaning at minimum, 2 guests to each room. 
There are several different configurations. Some rooms have 1 queen-sized bed: for groups of 2, and 1 king-size bed: also for groups of 2.
Some rooms have 2 beds: for groups of 3-4, and 2 rooms have 3 beds: for groups of 4 - 6. We do not charge extra for the larger rooms and we work hard to place each group in the best room possible to suit their needs. Cots are available for an extra $20 charge if you cannot sleep with someone else in the same bed.
Registration for the 2023 event is quick and easy. You will claim a room for you and your roommate/s and will be required to pay the required deposits of 100 dollars per guest, to hold the room and secure your event spots. Please know that deposits are non-refundable. If you or your roommate need to cancel, it is your responsibility to find someone to buy your ticket. If for any reason we cancel the event, we will refund your money. The remainder will be invoiced on September 01, 2023. To register, simply choose your room, click the join button, fill in the form, and you will be taken to the payment page. Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email so be sure to use your best email. Whitelist event@christmasatthevillage.com so your spam filters do not block us.
