When You Arrive

When you arrive, you will receive a welcome package that will contain everything you need for the weekend ie: event tickets, meal cards, etc.

The only extra cash you will need will be for shopping & liquor. You will need $20 to play our fun fundraising game. Everything else you need is included in your package.
 

The dress code is casual, & semi-casual for the Gala Dinner. Guests who are not staying at the hotel, can pick up their welcome packages at the reception desk after 3 pm on the day of the event.

Horse Drawn Wagon Rides

Jump on the horse-drawn carriage and take a leisurely ride through the village community. Stop in at Western Spirits and sample some great wines. Enter to win draws for fabulous prizes! It's the perfect motivation to come out early.
 

The Welcome Reception

Night Of Arrival: 7 - 9 PM 

Getting Festive: be prepared for fun and games this year, 3 PRIZE games in fact!
 

Enjoy complimentary wine. Themed appetizers will be catered by Chef N Pigeon Lake.

Fun and games kick off the party and they end the party! Some guest groups like to dress festively for the welcome reception.  

Bring $20 to play our fundraising game, you will leave with more than what you came with!

In a cozy festive atmosphere of a German Christmas market, chair yoga and skincare blend seamlessly to offer a rejuvenating holiday experience. Amid twinkling lights, gentle chair yoga exercise, with Janelle, will help release the tension and improve circulation, making the body feel as light as a snowflake. Complementing this, Michelle will enlighten you with her knowledge and expertise on some new skincare treatments and tools.
Together celebrating the season with both physical and esthetic well-being.

Experience the charm of the season through four distinct themes: "Cozy Cabin," offering relaxed luxury with oversized knitwear and plush accessories; "Alpine Elegance," blending sleek outdoor attire with sophisticated details; "Bavarian Sunsets," capturing the warm, vibrant hues of a sunset for stylish day outings; and "Black Forest Nights," featuring shimmering jackets and elegant pieces with luxurious faux fur accents. Join us for an enchanting showcase of winter fashion that brings the beauty and spirit of the season to life.

This year, the Emporium is bringing Christmas Market Vibes to our little Village. With smells, tastes, sights and gift shopping ideas, we will take you on a Canadian version of a German Christmas Market

The Cocktail Party/Dinner Gala

Guests will have fun at the annual Cocktail Party & Dinner Gala held at Chef N Restaurant & Lounge. A delicious German themed meal will be prepared by Chef N and his staff, and it will be served by our own South Pigeon Lake Firefighters. There will also be Photobooth fun for everyone!

The After Party

Guests kick off their shoes and dance up a storm at the After Party. Live entertainment makes this the perfect way to let loose! Enjoy tunes from Buddy Holly, Elvis, The Beatles, Roy Orbison, Willie Nelson, Bryan Adams, ACDC, from Ken Mastel of The Moon Dogs

It's A PJ Breakfast Starting With
Thirst Quenching Mimosas!

Stay in your pajamas (or not) and start your second day off with Mimosas and an amazing breakfast buffet hosted at the hotel. 

Enjoy a delicious selection of your favorite breakfast foods and more.

The buffet runs from 8:30 am - 10:30 am so everyone will have plenty of time to dine before their craft session begins. 

Even if you have slept in and are running late, our handy breakfast location makes it easy to eat, pack up and still make your craft session on time! Check Out time is 12:00

Everyone goes home with a handmade craft masterpiece. Release your creativity with this fun, easy-to-do project. We use live greens so you can take home a little bit of country!

In 2023, we made these fun Whoville Trees from beautifully scented lime cedars from Westerose Greenhouse.

Three sessions for your comfort & convenience. Workshops start at 10:00, 11:00 & 12:00 pm
